You've once more combined something true:

• Warforged were in a few dialogue tags in EA

With something apparently made up:

• There are tags for an absolute ton of races not in the game
• Larian definitely can use all D&D races

As far as I know, Warforged are really the only surprising or remarkable race that's actually tagged in dialogue in BG3. The only unused other "racial" dialogue tag I'm aware of it "Planar", which was a generic tag for people who were races that were from another plane. It's unclear if that was just Githyanki or others too.

But AFAIK (and correct me if I'm wrong), none of the rest of the races have dialogue tags - not the Goliaths, Genasi, Changelings, Hobgoblins (despite have models in-game - for males at least), Goblins, Aasimar, and so on. Aasimar are only refenced in the game in regards to one specific character (who is, admittedly, a badass and hottie).

EDIT - I mean, jeez for all we know, the reason Warforged aren't in the game is because WotC told them not to. We can't automatically assume the inverse!
